1. Freezer / Refrigerator Cooling
   Store the ThermoPad in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
   It can be placed inside with the Neck Support still attached.
2. Portable Charging Station (PCS) Cooling
   Place the chilled SuperCharger and ThermoPad together in the PCS, close the zipper, and store for at least 50 minutes to cool the ThermoPad.
   If you alternate between two ThermoPads, using the PCS and SuperCharger keeps them cool for over 6 hours.

1. Slide a fully chilled SuperCharger into each side of the Portable Charging Station.
2. Insert the chilled ThermoPad as shown in the illustration.
3. Close the zipper of the Portable Charging Station for storage.

1. Why 14°C / 20°C?
   The cooling temperatures used in DEGREVE Neck Care are verified for both coolness and safety.
   The cervical spine at the back of the neck, prone to frequent stress and heat, needs rapid cooling—so it's set to the coolest 14°C.
   The carotid area on the sides of the neck is temperature-sensitive, so it's set to a safe, longer-lasting 20°C.
2. ThermoPad Lifespan
   The ThermoPad can be used semi-permanently.
   When storing, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or direct light and keep it at room temperature.
3. Storing the ThermoPad and SuperCharger When Not in Use
   If not used for more than 2 weeks, store at room temperature rather than in the freezer.
4. Recommended Duration per Use
   We recommend wearing it for about 20 minutes.
   Just 20 minutes can help relieve fatigue, reduced physical performance, and lowered concentration caused by elevated body temperature.
   Since continuous cooling can stiffen the neck muscles, we recommend wearing it again after about a 40-minute break.
5. Exercising / Staying Active While Wearing Neck Care
   You can exercise while wearing Neck Care.
   DEGREVE Neck Care was developed in collaboration with an Italian ergonomic designer, so it stays in place even as you move.
   However, during exercise involving frequent neck movement, depending on your skin, contact with the outer edge of the ThermoPad may cause slight discomfort.
   This is not a product defect, so please use it according to your own skin and range of activity.
6. Using It on Areas Other Than the Neck
   While optimized for the neck, it can also be used freely on other areas such as the arms and legs.
7. Does It Cause Condensation?
   All DEGREVE cooling products use room-temperature cooling technology, so condensation is minimal compared to ordinary ice.
   In exceptionally hot or humid environments, however, some condensation may occur.
8. Risk of Frostbite
   DEGREVE Neck Care cools at safe temperatures of 14°C and 20°C, so the frostbite that can occur between 5°C and –3°C won't happen—you can use it with peace of mind.
9. Concerns About Skin Irritation
   The ThermoPad is made of medical-grade polyurethane, so it can be used worry-free even by children, without concern for skin irritation.
10. Can the ThermoPad Burst?
    The ThermoPad lasts semi-permanently under normal use, but it can burst if exposed to sharp objects or sudden pressure.
    In the rare event that the ThermoPad bursts and the liquid contacts your skin, rinse it off under running water within 30 minutes.
