Shipping policy

At Dispis Inc., we offer free shipping for all orders greater in value to a Thermonecks Single Set. These orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days once processed. For all other orders, standard shipping rates apply.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free, 60-day return and refund policy for all our products, as well as exchanges. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly arrange a full refund or exchange within 60 days of receipt. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, include all accessories, and be sent within 45 days from the return request to qualify for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Dispis Inc., at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition, or if components or accessories are missing. Furthermore, Dispis Inc. reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange entirely if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
